Local Pickup?

At this time, I am not offering local pickup. All orders are shipped, no matter the distance to my house. Thank you for understanding! 

Supplies:

All earring findings are hypoallergenic-- nickel, lead, & cadmium free. Earring posts are made of titanium. Ballposts are stainless steel. Earring wires/hooks are 14k gold plated. For exact information, please read the description under the earring listing. Some of the creations are made with brass components. Brass components will tarnish over time because of oils from your skin (oxygen in the air accelerate tarnishing). If your brass components begin to tarnish, use the soft cloth included in your order to clean them. 

Shipping:

All US orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail. Orders typically take 5-7 days to process (this does NOT include shipping times), once your order is packaged & a shipping label is created, you will receive tracking information through the e-mail provided. I cannot guarantee the estimated arrival time. Once your package is in possession of USPS, it is no longer my responsibility. 

• Gemi Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the package is dropped off at USPS, it is under their responsibility. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim.

Disclaimer:

Our earrings are hand rolled, styled, and cut. Please allow for some variations in each style and items received may vary slightly from the picture; since it is 100% handmade, each pair can be slightly different (slight variations in color, size, or small imperfections in the clay may occur) which also makes it very special. The color of the product may be slightly different due to the settings of your monitor. I will gladly answer all your questions.

•Brass components will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen. Oils from your skin in addition to oxygen in the air accelerate tarnishing on your brass jewelry. Care/storage instructions:

Please treat your clay earrings with care—if dropped or stored incorrectly, earrings may be damaged. When not wearing your earrings, please keep them in a clean, dry place. Avoid contact with water, hair products, and perfumes as they can stain the earrings. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.


Returns & Exchanges:

Our policy is we do not accept returns or exchanges on our designs. Earrings are one of a kind and therefore cannot be exchanged. Should you have any issues with your order please feel free to reach out so we can find a resolution.
